Terms of use
Effective 2026-07-06. Using this site means you accept these.
1. Not financial advice
This is a research and tracking tool built on public STOCK Act disclosures. Nothing on this site — scores, “Copy ✔” flags, exit suggestions, the performance page, alert emails — is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. See the methodology for exactly what the numbers mean and their limitations.
2. You own every order
The optional desktop agent runs on your machine, under your control, against your own brokerage account. It only executes order intents you explicitly created, and you are solely responsible for every order it places, including losses. Test with dry-run mode and a paper account before going live.
3. Data is delayed and imperfect
Politicians disclose trades up to ~45 days after making them; we refresh roughly every 8 hours; parsers of government filings occasionally miss or misread rows; prices come from free public sources. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind — including accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
4. Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping at rates that degrade it, no attempts to access other users' data, no reselling the feed. We may rate-limit, suspend accounts, or change/discontinue features at any time.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of this site or the desktop agent — including trading losses, missed trades, data errors, or downtime.
